Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pack light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • At room temperature,¼ cup unreserved butter
  • ½ cup full wheat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons full milk plain stress (Greek style) yogurt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extracts
  • 1 cup of old-fashioned oatmeal
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoons of cardamom
  • ⅔ cup chopped walnuts
  • ⅓ Cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ⅓ Cup Golden Roisins (optional)

Instructions:

1: Preheat the oven to 350 °F with racks on top and lower third location. Line a large baking sheet surrounding it with parchment paper.

2: Have ½ cup of brown sugar in a cup of tahini and ot cup of butter in a large bowl; whisk with an electric mixer in light and alcohol speeds for 1 to 2 minutes; stop the sides to scrape down as needed. Add 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons yogurt, and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Kill with medium speed until the mixture thickens, 2 to 3 minutes.

3: In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup of oats together, each park flour and whole grain flour, ½ teaspoon each baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and spooning cardamom. With a low-speed mixer, slowly stop the flour mixture in the tahinh mixture, about 1 minute, to stop the sides as needed. Set separated until the liquid is absorbed and the mixture is alcoholic, 2 to 3 minutes. Add ⅔ cup walnuts, ⅓ cup chocolate chips, and rin cup raisins (if used); fold until it is completely included.

4: Jump the dough into 16 parts (approx. 2 heating tables each) in addition to about 2 inches on the cooked baking sheet. Carefully press the top of each cookie to flatten out for about an inch thickness.

5: Fry the cookies once, rotating the pan between the top and bottom racks, until the edges are light for brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes. Serve and store completely warm or cool.
